
BACKGROUND
Popeyes Vietnam, part of the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chain (USA), launched in Vietnam on January 20, 2013, operated by VFBS (IPP Group). The brand is famous for its spicy and crispy Cajun fried chicken, delicately combined with Vietnamese taste. There are currently more than 61 stores in Vietnam and the Popeyes Vietnam Fanpage has become an important channel to expand connections, attract and retain customers.

THE OBJECTIVES
Increase brand awareness and engagement on Fanpage, while boosting revenue through advertising campaigns, seasonal activities and promotions such as Christmas, Tet, WingDays, BOGO,…



THE APPROACHING
- Optimize advertising: Focus on Facebook with outreach and engagement campaigns. Plan detailed monthly advertising based on real insights; choose suitable products (fried chicken, combos, side dishes); run A/B testing continuously (content, images, bidding); update performance via dashboard and monthly reports.
- Creative promotion programs: Develop ideas and implement events such as Christmas (festival fried chicken combo), Tet (Cajun gift package), WingDays (chicken wings promotion), BOGO (buy 1 get 1 free). Design eye-catching KV, optimize Fanpage content (layout, images, posts), monitor real-time interactions and make timely adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
